Function Overview

Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for an Executive RecruiterManager to join our Global Human Resources organization. This position will drive executive recruiting strategies and initiatives. We will consider remote candidates.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR, business leaders and hiring managers on executive talent initiatives
  • Serves as a point of contact for executive candidates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external talent sources - including search firms, job-boards, research contractors, etc.)
  • Establish and implement executive sourcing strategies and leverage global/local partnerships when necessary to identify candidates
  • Lead executive recruitment and assessment efforts for talent searches and bench strength initiatives to include pre-planning, interviews and assessments, and debrief final selection
  • Participates in the interview process, both during the screening and final selection phases, and brings external benchmark and internal assessment data to the debrief process - ensuring the most qualified candidate is selected
  • Partners with Compensation team to develop and communicate executive compensation package to final candidates, taking into account the external market, internal equity, and skills and experiences brought to the role
  • Provides advice and counsel to HR and business unit leaders on the implications of talent selection strategies and choices on business results
  • Tracks and monitors effectiveness of each talent initiative and provides information to HR and business leaders
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Related Field
  • Minimum five (5) years professional experience in executive search or related field focused on identifying, attracting and hiring highly talented candidates


Preferred Qualifications
  • Recruiting certification preferred but not required (CDR, ACIR, CIR, etc)
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in the talent acquisition discipline and negotiation
  • Knowledge of regulatory laws that affect employment
  • Experience working with customer service technology is preferred (e.g., applicant tracking system, candidate relationship management, case management system, knowledge management system, social media, etc.)
  • Ability to consistently deliver high-quality customer service in a professional manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Acts honestly and professionally; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to maintain effectiveness amid distractions and general noise
  • Ability to understand and appreciate the concerns, interests, and feelings of others
