Analyst, Operations/Production

This Role In Summary:

Whirlpool is currently seeking a qualified candidate for a Manufacturing Operations Production Supervisor. This position is located at our Findlay, OH site. This role will lead the Support Operations in day-to-day production. The supervisor will be directly held accountable for all plant metrics of their assigned area. The role will report directly to the Support Area Manager.

Responsibilities Will Include

• The role will have multiple direct hourly leaders that they are accountable for each day. Accountable for problem-solving downtime as well as all Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Engagement metrics.
• Accountable for mentioned deliverable metrics, the Supervisor will also be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and providing leadership to all levels of hourly employees within the organization.
• Able to work any shift as needed
• Able to work any overtime as needed

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of Manufacturing experience

Preferred Skills and Requirements:

• Manufacturing leadership experience
• World Class Manufacturing experience
• Technical problem-solving experience
